    We provide guests with the check-in details via the platform, email and SMS leading up to the check-in. In the unlikely event that the guest has trouble getting into the home, we have guest services available 24/7 to help talk them through it.
    Can I Communicate with my guests?
    In order to ensure we provide consistent information to your guests, we ask that all communication goes through Hammock Management. Your listing is hosted on Hammock ManagementAirbnb account and our 24/7 guest experience team is available to respond to any and all guest queries via message or phone call. If you ever want to relay a specific message to one of your guests, please let us know and we’ll get in touch with them on your behalf.
    What ongoing costs will I have to pay?
    Hammock Management offers hassle-free short-term rental management to maximise your income. Our service fee is based on your gross platform earnings, including Airbnb’s 15% fee. Guests pay for the cleaning fee, which covers professional cleaning and laundry services to keep your property in top condition. During onboarding, we provide a comprehensive essentials checklist and ensure your property is stocked with cleaning supplies and guest essentials like toiletries and bin liners. Replenishment costs are charged at cost price. With our expertise, you can enjoy a hands-off experience while we handle everything from guest communication to maintaining your property’s highest standards.
